Leonard Starr Reviewed by: Purrsia  Here, we get to know the three main Mutants...Slythe, Jackalman, and Monkian...a bit better. This episode also introduces Mumm-Ra. Both the Tcats and the Mutants are checking out Third Earth and its curiosities, only the Muties get an unsolicited invite to meet Mumm-Ra. Apparently, all the current activity on the planet disturbed old Mummsie's beauty rest. He's only cheered by the fact that the Eye of Thundera is now in his reach. Mums sinks the Muties' ship, in effect stranding them on 3rd Earth and forcing a simbiotic relationship. A struggle ensues to wrest the Sword of Omens from the grown, but still quite cubbish, Lord Lion-O only to have first the Mutants, then Mummsie himself fail. Mumm-Ra claims to have know of the Eye and its power for a thousand years, from a time when 3rd Earth was known as 1st Earth.....veeery interesting, indeed. Also, Tygra observes that Lion-O spent 10 galacto years in suspension... We also get insight into what Plundarr might be like, with Jackalman mentioning its Scrum Forests and Oceans of Boiling Fog.... comment system disabled temporarily thanks to spam happy assholes!
