Episode Guide and Reviews

Here you'll find guides and lists to the episodes of many stripes, and even episode lists that vary in their information and numerical order.
And unlike some sites, this one has settled on the two season split. If you want to know more about the theories for what's here, visit the site's FAQ page. Clips and such can be downloaded from the Downloads section of the site.
Otherwise, enough with boring details and on to the master list of episodic goodies that await you here!

Episode Lists

Modern Episode Listing: For those of you who just want a straight list of all 130 episodes without my crass commentary attached. This list is the modern running order, most likely based on the sequence in which Cartoon Network showed the re-runs.

Original Episode Listing: This is the original listing, in the order in which the series originally aired in the 80s. To me anyway, this list is wacky! I mean, the Anointment Trials weren't even aired back to back! However, WB saw fit to use this order for their DVD release.

Production Order Episode Listing: The latest effort to bring yet another order to the eps. This one is based on the order in which the scripts for the shows were numbered.

Episode Reviews, Synopses and Commentaries

More in depth episode info can be gained below. Some of it's fan-based and some of it's from more official sources. Eventually, it'll be complete someday! I do have to warn you that the fan-based stuff can contain cursing or other potentially "offensive" comments, so do us all a favor and hit the back button now if this info makes you balk.

    Fan Episode Synopsis and Commentary:
This is where you'll find the database of the nit-picky, fact compiling, and often snarky fan reviews of the episodes. This guide was a long work in progress, as being thorough takes time as well as gathering screen caps for each show and organizing them. All the shows are reveiwed now. And don't be afraid to participate yourself - a comment script has been installed so you can add your two cents to the mix. That said, the content can be offensive so if you read on, do so at your own risk. If cursing and sarcasm scare you, the short synopsis are likely more your style. Though they're not nearly as fun!

Episode Synopsis - the Short Version:
Don't want to wade through fan opinion and detailed reviews? Then this guide gives you the fast and squeaky clean basics on all 130 episodes.

    Keeping Up Appearances:
Ever wish someone took the time to make a handy chart of all the characters and their episode appearances? Look no further. ~ This portion undergoing reconstruction. Thanks for your patience ~

    Scripts:
I've come into actual scripts from the show and have shared some of them with you by scanning in select pages. Gernerally, I choose pages that have interesting deviations from the final product or illustrate a favorite/oft discussed moments in the show. I should be getting more and more of these, so expect this area to grow.

    Synopsis and Morals:
I bartered my way into a copy of this offical book. It covers season one, and includes brief summaries of the first 65 episodes along with Dr. Robert Kuisis' (the show's psychological consultant) commentary on the moral each episode is supposed to impart for children. It is quite interesting!
I hear a similar book for Season Two exists in the world somewhere, but I've been unable to locate a copy at this time.

    Toon Magazine:
I got my mitts on scans of an article Toon Magazine ran about the Thundercats. It speaks of the shows history, inception and successes and then goes into its own summaries of the first 65 episodes.
