Wildstorm Comics: August 2002 - December 2004All the issues are summarized below. Though I don't give the *whole* story away in the synopses to follow, they may contain spoilers. Consider yourself warned. Although I hear that Wildstorm is done with Thundercats, you can still find issues for sale on auction sites like ebay, and maybe even some online comic stores that are trying to off their surpluses. Use google - it's your friend! Finally, be sure to visit my chat archives for transcripts of two exclusive fandom chats with Return writer Ford Gilmore and Dogs of War artist Brett Booth. And do join the ThunderCats Comics Fan List if you're a fan of all or any of the series. The Return Series Dogs of War Series Hammerhand's Revenge Series Enemy's Pride Series Crossovers, Special Issues and Extra Art Shopping List Wildstorm Credits ![]() The above is listed in order of series release. However, even though all the 5-part series are somewhat related the actual story timelines within them jumps around quite a bit. Therefore, I'll provide a quick list below so that if you wish, you can read them in chronological order story-wise. 1. The Origin books 2. Hammerhand's Revenge 3. Enemy's Pride 4. Reclaiming Thundera 5. The Return 6. Dogs of War Crossovers and Special Issues seem to be more independent of the 5-parters and so they're not included save for the Origins books. If you haven't seen Thundercats in ages, the Sourcebook would be a recommended first read as it gives basic information on most of the main characters. Some images were found in these places: Wildstorm's Thundercats Mini Site Slushfactory interview with John Layman Comics Continuum's DoW Preview Toon Zone Kaare Andrews Official Website Udon Comics Alex Ross Art Generally, if it's an image that lacks lettering or logos, it's likely from one of the above sources. Anything else was scanned in by me, so my content usuage rules would apply -- as in, please don't hot link to the images; download them and put them on your own server if you wish to display them elsewhere on the net [that part actually goes for the images I took from elsewhere, too, as any hotlinking abuses bandwidth I pay for]. Also, a link back to this page and a little acknowlegement, if you use them on your webpage, would be fab. Thanks.
