Felina: Keeper of the Book of Omens
Age: She is all but 18 when the story begins. And like her betrothed, Lion-O, she mysteriously aged in suspension. I guess the fates just couldn't turn Lion-O into a pedophile by marrying him off to a 10 year old ;)

Weapons/Skills/Powers: Felina is Jaga's daughter and keeper/interpreter of the Book of Omens, which holds the history and secrets of the ThunderCats' power. The Book can also be used in tandem with the Sword to do some far out stuff.

Background: I invented this gal mostly because I don't think Cheetara and Lion-O are quite right together, given the circumstances of Lion-O's aging. That whole concept has too much of a yucky "Mrs. Robinson" feel. But Lion-O definitely needs a mate on his own level...so, I give you Felina.
Felina was born under a shady set of circumstances, to Jaga and a lioness scholar, Leonda. The teachings of the old language and the Book of Omens were passed on to her from her mother. And although she is technically a mix of jaguar and lion, she's referred to as a lioness simply because she favors that side of her heritage more. She's kinda a recluse, and because she was sent to what amounts to boarding school as a cub, she often feels out of place with the rest of the Tcats. Adding to her feelings of inadequacy are her lame skills as a fighter. She does carry a bow and some knives as weapons, but her skill with them is not quite up to par. Her greatest asset is her knowledge of the Book and her ability to unlock its powers.

She barely escaped Thundera's destruction, and everyone thought she perished with it. Saved by a trio of Thunderians, she made it to Third Earth where she was eventually reunited with her brethren.
